Working Papers can be picked up in the Fitch High School Main Office located at 101 Groton Long Point Road, Groton, CT 06340. You must call the school’s main office at 860-449-7200 to schedule an appointment.

Promise of employment / Letter of intent to Employ
Proof of Age
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- State Issued ID Card
